Texas Appleseed (“TX Appleseed,” “our,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy and has created this Online Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) to explain what information we gather from visitors to our website, and how we may use that information. This Privacy Notice applies to Personal Information that we collect online and in connection with our website (the “Website”). This Privacy Notice does not apply to third-party applications or content that may link to or be accessible from the Website.

  • Communicate with you and process your requests. We use your information to process and respond to requests, questions, subscriptions, among other inquiries and issues within a timely manner. It is also used to discover the best way to communicate updates regarding our policies and terms, upcoming events, and other activities or news from Texas Appleseed.
